I couldn't set aside some time to upload last elimination raid. One thing I wanna mention is that it was bugged, and insane and torment difficulties had the same HP value (don't remember any other values). At first I thought I'd have to try really hard to get a platinum because of that, but it wasn't too bad, actually. But enough of that, let's talk about the current fight.
In the past, I tried to get high score, but I realized it was too much for me. My current priorities in terms of Blue Archive raid is consistency. The less restarts I have to do, the better, and it shows in this video.
You may have seen runs with swapped party order, and it looks like that strat has higher ceiling judging from the ranks. I tried few times, but saving Ui in phase 1 seemed too much of a hassle for me, so I decided to use Hinata party second.
Hinata is really strong in this fight because Goz's hurtbox is really big. In the video, I kinda aim away at the boss, and you can see how big it is. I didn't test it myself, but I'm pretty sure all 5 hits him. Think of Hibiki in Kaiten or Hiero in the past.
In phase 1, I was really glad to not use Mika. It was really stressful to keep her alive, and while Wakamo is also light armored, she stays back, and it was really easy to get her out of trains with Shizuko EX.
I pre-use Shizuko EX once, and that would definitely increase the chance of restarts, but it was the first time I tried that, and I ended up using Shiroko EX anyway to keep EX meter from flooding, so next time, I'll probably just use Shiroko there and delay Shizuko.
Around the end of phase 1, I really hoped Shiroko EX was enough to kill that stray add. In hindsight, I should have just used Sakurako EX if I wasn't going to restart. It ended up wasting 3 meters.
Phase 2 also had some hiccups at the end. If I got just a couple more crits, I could have been done with Hinata at the end. I used Ako - Himari - Hinata towards the end because that would save 2 meters if it killed the boss, but it didn't, and ended up wasting more time.
Other than that, phase 2 went great. The left (audience left) first is better since you can just got far left to dodge the hat AOE. Right second is good because Goz just does bombs twice. Center is good in general because it's easy to dodge the hat and three light monte afterwards, although I didn't need to in this run.
I didn't get it in this run, but it is possible to dodge the hat from the right side to the center. From where Yuuka ends up in my strat, if you send Yuuka to the farthest she can get with her EX, the characters ends up just the right spot to dodge both the AOEs except Yuuka who gets hit by the three light monte, but it doesn't even take her shield out.
Even with those blatant restart points, I got a new record to my surprise. I didn't borrow any assistants this time, so I can just go again if I wanted, and that gives me some peace of mind. Compared to the first torment difficulty, it felt much better.
